This is a handsome scarf, great with a dress overcoat, and conservative enough for a “dad”. For a longer “wrap and dump” scarf, cast on the smaller number of stitches and work 'til you run out of yarn.
Make it a solid color, or just 2 colors, with the rib a third color. The wrong side is as beautiful as the right side, and multiple wraps look amazing, for a man or a woman.
Finished measurements: approx. 8 1/2 x 56” for wider scarf, 6 3/4 x 72" for "wrap and dump" scarf.
